Update

WOW, it's been a long time since I have posted on here!!!!

Just a quick update for anyone who comes across my blog, I now blog primarily from www.bodybycandice.com This is my training page, with the main emphasis on HCG. I have tested this protocol myself, and found it to be so much better, safer, healthier than the original!
