I've been helping out in there and there are some amazing people that are happy to share their experience and help you out. :) If are thinking about doing HCG, please research and educate yourself, and be sure to talk to your Doctor! It is not an easy diet, and is not for everyone. You are supposed to remain on the protocol for a minimum of 23 days. I personally would not recommend it for anyone that is looking to lose that last 10-15lbs. If you are looking to lose the last 10-15lbs., like I currently am, are coming off of HCG and want to keep the weight off, or are just looking for a great exercise program, I HIGHLY recommend the Beachbody programs. Once to their page, click the "HCG Protocol" tab on the top, and it wil ltake you to Dr. Simeons original protocol "Pounds and Inches." Read through that, it has everything you need to know. Except the TOM stuff - you don't have to worry about that when doing homeopathic. Also, be sure to join the support GROUP on FB under "Local HCG". My HCG Story

I want to share my experience :)

I have always been athletic, but on the heavy side – all through out HS and college I was between 205-225. I did track and field in college as a thrower, and recieved my B.S. in Exercise & Sport Science. When I graduated in 2005 – I continued to work as a personal trainer in a high end gym in Draper, UT. I loved being in the gym and talking to and helping others, but for my self, I was burnt out. For 5 years and 2 children, I didn’t do much of anything.

When we moved to our new town, people would ask me what I do for work. When I’d tell them I was a personal trainer, I’d get the up down like, “serious?” Then one day it dawned on me – I WAS A HYPOCRIT! How could I tell people what to eat, when I ate what ever. How could I take people through workouts, when I couldnt even do them? Tragedy!

So, November 1st of last year, I went on a sugar detox and lost 10lbs and felt tons better. But I still needed to start working out. A week before the New Year, I recruited some family, friends, and clients to join me in a Body for Life challenge. 12 weeks later, I rekindled my love for working out, and had lost another 20lbs fat, while adding on 5lbs muscle.

About this point, Jerry, a friend I work on the ambulance with, approached me, asking me what I thought about HCG. With my background, like everyone else - closed minded, I passed on it, thinking how crazy it was. I had decided to do a second round of BFL, but after a 6 week plataue, I was frustrated. I tried changing some things up, and no results. I had never worked harder for something, and I was stuck! It was at this point I started contemplating HCG. I alsot started getting family and friends asking about it, and wanting to know more. It was then that I decided to look into it.

I read through all the materials, did some research online, and talked to my family doctor. Just like everyone else, something sparked when reading the material… like it was talking to me! I decided to give it a go – round 1, I lost 27 lbs, in 32 days! I got all the way down to 165! I had never been that low in my life!!! Even though I maintained the 165, after the summer and a couple of vacations, I decided to give it another shot – 153! Another new low! In all of my back ground/training, I have never seen anything work so efficiently and fast.

I was a thrower because I hated running, but now it feels great! I love how I feel when I work out, and how intune I am with what foods make me feel good or bad. I have since had many clients/friends/family on it, and love sharing in their success. While it has been dubed another ‘yoyo diet’ – it works! If you chose to go back to your old habits, of course you will gain it back, but if you follow the protocol, change your lifestyle, and start exercising, you can enjoy your results for a long time to come! It is now Febuary 2011, and I am still at 153-155 lbs!!! :D I am now a Beachbody coach, and utilize their programs and product to keep me fit. I am in the best shape of my life, and have absolutely no intention of ever going back to that miserable feeling! Happy Losing everyone!
